Volunteers are essential to our organization's STRIVE program, providing one-on-one tutoring in math and literacy to boost student performance by one grade level. Last year, we had up to 400 registered volunteers, contributing around 3,000 hours of their time.

We aim to maintain a 1:10 teacher to student ratio, building a strong and committed volunteer base for continued growth and successful programming. Their support empowers youth and makes our efforts even more impactful.
BECOME A CLUB CONNECTION
Is your company interested in volunteering and giving back to the community on a consistent basis? Come join our corporate volunteer program! We are looking for local businesses to "adopt" one of our Club sites and send 2-4 volunteers once a week to help our kids with homework and facilitate literacy and math activities. Club Connection is a great way to get involved and form positive relationships with our youth.
