The part time STEM Youth Development Instructor plays a pivotal role in fostering a passion for STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) among children in kindergarten through fifth grade. This position is responsible for coordinating and facilitating engaging hands-on STEM activities and projects using a mobile STEM makerspace...a state of the art RV! This role collaborates with educators (particularly Success Academy at Boys & Girls Club and Career Academy), community partners, and Club staff to create a dynamic and inclusive learning experience that promotes creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
The Continuous Quality Improvement Program Director at Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Joseph County plays a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of operations across all club sites. This position is responsible for implementing and managing systems to assess, enhance, and sustain the quality of programs; physical and emotional safety protocols; student engagement; and overall club experience. The Continuous Quality Improvement Program Director will collaborate with club staff, volunteers, and community partners to establish and maintain best practices, ensuring that each club site operates at its optimal level.
This role will work under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Operations to assist with safely, efficiently, and reliably transporting club members, staff, and volunteers between different programming, particularly field trips.
